The location and the staff.
The air conditioning didn't work during my stay. It was very hot in the room at night. The hot milk is chargeable if you request during the breakfast.It is necessary to reserve the private parking if you want, but there are public parking not so far.

The staff were very helpful. The room was a really nice size and felt airy and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional - great way to start the day. Also it was a great location - very easy 5 minute walk to the Cathedral.
The hotel parking was a little pricey, but convenient.

The location is excellent, a short walk to attractions.
The communication with staff was frustrating. The reception did not have proper English support , made simple queries difficult. On top of that, the shower's water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to freezing cold. I encountered issues with the temperature control, and there were unpleasant odors in the room that lingered throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic. I appreciated the pleasant decor throughout the hotel, especially in the Grand Deluxe Triple Room where I stayed. The breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of tasty options that energized my mornings while I was there. A slight hiccup during check-in due to room readiness seemed manageable given the overall comforts the hotel provided.

Appealing hotel that has excellent and unbeatable location close to the cathedral. Delicious breakfast, delicious food. Choose deluxe king room with a good view, an excellent shower plus bathtubs.

Good european hotel for the money, vary clean and nice staff, great location to major attractions. Pillows a bit soft for me but bed comfortable. We would stay there again.

The location is very good, near the railway station, but still in a very peaceful environment. Staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. I could stay again.
If the room had an electric kettle for tea/coffee and breakfast had some basic hot dishes, this hotel would be perfect.

The location was great, a short walk to the Cathedral and other sites, yet it was quiet area. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We were pleased with our stay.
The breakfast was good, but not as great as some other places we've stayed in Germany. My four-year-old had some difficulty finding something she would like to eat.
