Spacious and unique rooms, beautiful bathrooms, stunning decor

Not all rooms have the promised views!!! The noisy toilet light, malfunctioning lift doors, and poor wifi signal need urgent attention!!! Complicated directions to rooms create unnecessary frustration!!!

The location is excellent, a short walk to attractions.

During my stay, the communication with staff was frustrating. The reception did not have proper English support which made simple queries difficult. On top of that, the shower’s water pressure fluctuated wildly, going from scalding hot to freezing cold, making it quite unbearable. Additionally, I encountered issues with the temperature control, and there were unpleasant odors in the room that lingered throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and find great dining options nearby. I appreciated the pleasant decor throughout the hotel, especially in the Grand Deluxe Triple Room where I stayed. The breakfast was a standout, with a great variety of tasty options that energized my mornings while I was there. A slight hiccup during check-in due to room readiness seemed manageable given the overall comforts the hotel provided.

Quiet area location

i had an amazing stay at classic hotel harmonie during my recent trip to cologne! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the cathedral, and the newly renovated triple room exceeded my expectations. comfortable beds and stylish decor made for a relaxing holiday experience.

the hallway was too dark and needed lighting.

Two nights in a triple room highlighted the excellent location, just a short walk to the city’s main attractions. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive with both hot and cold items. However, the shower's design was a bit awkward, as it was visible from the bed. There was limited storage space, lacking any drawers, and housekeeping missed restocking the tissues. Construction noise was present but manageable. These minor issues wouldn't deter me from returning, especially once renovations are complete.

No tea or coffee in rooms, but great bed and housekeeping services made a difference!

I had a pleasant stay as a solo traveler for 2 nights in a Deluxe Single Room. The nearby eateries on Eigelstein offered tasty snacks, and the bed was comfortable. Checkout at 12 PM was a nice touch. The corridors added charm with their unique layout.

The hotel features stunning decor, creating an inviting atmosphere. Our Grand Deluxe Double Room was furnished to a high standard with thoughtful amenities, including a well-stocked mini bar. We enjoyed a fantastic view of a nearby landmark, making our stay even more memorable.

The fluctuating water pressure in the shower made for a less than ideal bathing experience.

This hotel is a gem in Cologne! The local eats nearby are a must-try, especially Jaipur for some spicy vibes and Gaffel am Dom for authentic flavors. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom shower was pure bliss. Overall, a great location with comfy digs.

Jackhammer noise at 08:45 woke us up early, but room change improved our stay.
